Agreement and use
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Symmetrical Maze mobile application (the “Application”), created by Mustafa Gültekin (the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or its trademarks is prohibited. You may not attempt to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service changes and charges
The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful and efficient. They may modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Device security
The Application stores gameplay progress and preferences on your device. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the Application secure. Removing operating-system restrictions by jailbreaking or rooting your device can expose it to malware, compromise security features, and prevent the Application from working correctly.
Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms. Please read the terms of the service provider used by the Application:
Connectivity and availability
Some functions of the Application require an internet connection, through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider is not responsible if those functions are unavailable because you have no connection or have exhausted your data allowance.
When you use mobile data, your provider’s terms apply. You may incur data or roaming charges. If you are not the person paying for the device, you should have their permission to use it. You are also responsible for keeping your device charged.
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may update the Application. Operating-system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated or compatible with every operating-system version.
The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application at any time without notice. Unless they state otherwise, when the service ends, your rights and licenses under these terms end, and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application from your device.
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on this page, so please review it from time to time.
